Hi everyone. My name is Craig Roberts and I live in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, just west of Toronto. We finally received our FTC Classroom Pack a couple of weeks ago. I have been using LEGO NXT robots for quite some time and we started using VEX robots back in 2017. It has been a lot of fun seeing the evolution of robotics that are available for schools. I attended a 2-day workshop hosted by FIRST and it is going to be interesting to see how my students handle the FTC kits. We are all looking forward to the challenge.

My first exposure to the Blocky programming was when I discovered the ftcsim.org website. It is still pretty confusing, but it helped a lot. I then attended a 2 day workshop hosted by FIRST to help us get started. Honestly, I found the simulator more helpful in the end.
